Jasper is a B Com LLB graduate of the University of Stellenbosch and an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. He is also registered as a Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”) with the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa and has been involved in the wealth management and private banking industries since 1995.
During his corporate career he worked at Old Mutual, PWC (which became Advance Wealth) and later headed the wealth management divisions of RMB Private Bank and FNB Wealth where he also served on several executive and investment committees. In 2010 he joined national independent financial and investment adviser network FIRSTGLOBAL Group and FIRSTGLOBAL Asset Management (“FGAM”) as director until 2016 when Sanlam Investment Holdings acquired a substantial stake in the business. He is at present a director and shareholder of Investhouse International (Pty) Ltd (“Investhouse”), previously a member firm of the FIRSTGLOBAL Group and shareholder of FGAM.
Investhouse focuses on private client wealth and investment management solutions for high net worth individuals and partnered with Analytics Consulting, a leading independent investment consulting and asset management business, to insource specialised investment expertise and gain access to local and global investment funds solutions. Investhouse also provides wealth and investment management services on an exclusive basis to the high net worth client base of Grant Thornton (Pretoria).
John Eckstein

John spent seven years with Investec, mainly in Asset Management as a director of Investec Fund Managers and Investec Investment Management Services where he was responsible for product development, legal and compliance.
John also worked for Investec Treasury where he developed local and foreign investment structures. Prior to this he was in legal practice with Jacobs Robbertse Inc. He is at present responsible for the Analytics Group’s product development, legal and compliance.
Dr Lance Vogel

Lance is the Chief Investment Officer of the Analytics Group and contributes to the strategic asset allocation decision-making process of investment portfolios. He was head of the Investec Analytics business for 3 years, responsible for the management of the funds, the asset allocation and the manager selection. Prior to that he was with Peregrine Structuring, SBC Warburg and JD Anderson. He has a wealth of experience in derivatives research, product development and portfolio construction.
Lance was rated by Financial Mail and Finance Week as one of the top three derivate analysts for three years running. Before a career change took him into the world of finance, he was Chief Scientist at the Atomic Energy Corporation.
Bianca Dippenaar

Bianca is responsible for operations for Analytics Consulting. Bianca began her career in the financial services industry at RMB Asset Management in 1998 as part of the Direct Sales Call Centre team. She left the company ten years later as CEO of RMB Unit Trusts. She joined STANLIB in October 2008 as Director of Platform Business and was responsible for the running of the STANLIB LISP and part of the Management Company, including E-Commerce, Platform Solutions, Marketing and Communication, Retail Product Development and Intermediary Solutions business until April 2011.

This is a multi-asset high equity portfolio which means that it may invest in a spectrum of equity, bond, property and money market and tends to have an increased probability of short term volatility and aims to maximise long term capital growth. The portfolio may have a maximum equity exposure of up to 75% and complies with the regulation governing retirement funds. This portfolio may, at the discretion of the portfolio manager, invest up to 45% of the assets outside of South Africa.
The objective of this multi asset portfolio is to provide investors with moderate capital growth. The portfolio maintains a high risk profile and will comply with Regulation 28 of the Pension Funds Act. The portfolio may from time to time invest in listed and unlisted financial instruments, in order to achieve the portfolio’s investment objective.
Typically, the lower the risk, the lower the potential return and the higher the risk, the higher the potential return. There is no guarantee that returns will be higher when investing in a portfolio with a higher risk profile. The risk profile for this portfolio is rated as high, as it may invest up to 75% in equity securities, both locally and abroad.

Investors in this fund should be willing to accept a higher calculated risk. A feeder fund is a portfolio that invests in a single portfolio of a collective investment scheme, which levies its own charges, which could result in a higher fee structure for the feeder fund.
The investment objective of the portfolio is to provide investors with long-term capital growth by providing investors with exposure to an international collective investment scheme portfolio comprising a diversified mix of global exposure to various asset classes. The Global Fund, the target portfolio, may typically invest up to 100% of its net asset value in the units and/or shares of underlying funds which provide exposure to the asset classes in which the Fund can invest directly. The Fund may invest in derivatives for the exclusive purpose of hedging exchange rate risk to which assets are directly exposed.
