Fisher Dugmore Financial group currently has R2.5 billion under advice, providing advisory services to high net worth individuals. Fisher Dugmore Securities, the asset management business within the group, is able to cater for and design products that are suitable for their investors and correctly aligned with their advisory process. Our vision is to continue to provide appropriate financial solutions to our clients, to manage and implement portfolios efficiently and effectively, ensure competitive cost structures and optimal portfolios in the best interest of our investors.

Duncan Kirkman

BCom (Hons)

Duncan has more than ten years’ experience in financial markets. As a Portfolio Manager he has a focus on long term wealth creation, through fundamental techniques.

Andrew Dugmore

Andrew is a Certified Financial Planner CFP who holds a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning for the University of the Free State. He started his career at Sanlam in 1983 and in 1988 he founded Andrew Dugmore & Associates (Pty) Ltd, an independent Brokerage. His knowledge gained from over 33 years in the industry, stands him in good stead to advise high net worth clients in all aspects of financial planning and investments. He specializes in business assurance and investment planning for individuals and companies.

Dave Fisher

Dave is a Certified Financial Planner CFP having obtained a post-graduate as well as an advanced post graduate diploma in financial planning (UFS). His 25 years of industry experience, together with a passion for success coaching and helping others grow their financial context, enable him to follow a unique life and financial planning process with clients.

This is a worldwide multi asset flexible portfolio. The investment objective of the portfolio is to provide investors with long term capital growth by investing in local and global equity securities and non-equity securities

The portfolio maintains a high risk profile and shall have the maximum flexibility to vary assets between various markets, asset classes, such as assets in liquid form, money market, fixed interest, equity and property, and countries to reflect the changing economic and market conditions.

Investments to be included in the portfolio may, apart from assets in liquid form, consist of equity securities, non-equity securities, convertible equities, money market instruments, preference shares and property securities.

The Fisher Dugmore Ci Diversified Income Fund is a multi-asset income portfolio. The investment objective of the portfolio is to provide investors with an alternative to cash with a focus on capital preservation. The portfolio aims to generate a return in excess of South African cash over any rolling 12-month period.

The portfolio maintains a low risk profile and the portfolio’s equity exposure will be limited to a maximum of 10% of the portfolio’s net asset value. The portfolio will comply with prudential investment guidelines to the extent allowed by the Act.

The Fisher Dugmore Ci Moderate Fund is a multi-asset medium equity portfolio. The investment objective of the portfolio is to deliver moderate capital growth.

The portfolio maintains a moderate risk profile and the portfolio’s equity exposure will be limited to a maximum of 60% of the portfolio’s net asset value. The portfolio will comply with prudential investment guidelines to the extent allowed by the Act.

Investments to be included in the portfolio may, apart from assets in liquid form, consist of equity securities, non-equity securities, convertible stock, preference shares and property securities as well as any other securities which are considered consistent with the portfolio’s primary objective and that the Act may allow from time to time.

The Fisher Dugmore Ci Balanced Fund is a multi-asset high equity portfolio. The investment objective of the portfolio is to deliver long term capital growth.

The portfolio maintains a high risk profile and the portfolio’s equity exposure will be limited to a maximum of 75% of the portfolio’s net asset value. The portfolio will comply with prudential investment guidelines to the extent allowed by the Act.

Investments to be included in the portfolio may, apart from assets in liquid form, consist of equity securities, non-equity securities, convertible stock, preference shares and property securities as well as any other securities which are considered consistent with the portfolio’s primary objective and that the Act may allow from time to time.

The Fisher Dugmore Ci Global Growth Fund is a global multi-asset flexible portfolio. The investment objective of the portfolio is to deliver long term capital growth.

The portfolio maintains a high risk profile and at least 80% of the portfolio’s net asset value will be invested outside of South Africa, with no more than 80% exposure to assets of a specific geographical region.

Investments to be included in the portfolio may, apart from assets in liquid form, consist of equity securities, non-equity securities, convertible stock, preference shares and property securities as well as any other securities which are considered consistent with the portfolio’s primary objective and that the Act may allow from time to time.
